All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or styling please email us at shopsophiadenise@gmail.com before ordering. 

Order Processing

Preorders:
Please allow up to three weeks for preorder processing and delivery.

Regular Orders:
Please allow up to one week for processing and delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email immediately. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sophia Denise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and tracking has been provided. All shipping claims must be filed directly with USPS. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before filing a claim.

Shipping Carrier

Sophia Denise ships via USPS. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier circumstances beyond our control.
